Easy Catfish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. catfish, cooked in water and deboned (save broth)
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 onion, chopped
    2 soup cans milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add other ingredients including enough broth to make it the right consistency.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
