Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 oz. shelled, roasted peanuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and honey with electric mixer until fluffy, then beat in egg, vanilla and cinnamon, then add flour, soda and peanuts.
Roll, then cut with cutter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
Makes 16 servings.
One serving equals 3 cookies.
Three cookies equals 119 calories.
