Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag sauerkraut, well drained
4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and seasoned to taste
4 slices Swiss cheese or enough to cover chicken
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In a sprayed baking dish (9 x 13), place chicken. Put sauerkraut over chicken. Top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.
