Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Creole mustard
3/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. catsup
dill pickle to taste
juice from 1/2 lemon
cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Add olive oil to blender.
Add chopped seasoning.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill about 2 hours before using.
