Potato Cheddar Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
8 large red skinned potatoes
4 to 6 c. chicken stock
2 to 4 c. milk
3 to 4 c. sharp shredded cheese
paprika
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

In a large pot, saute (using margarine) onions and celery.
