Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 small pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
    Add pineapple chunks and juice, corn syrup, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and garlic.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
    Keep stirring.
    Add peppers.
