Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 pkg. yeast
    7 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Melt together the milk, cheese and margarine. Add sugar; let cool.
    Dissolve in 1/2 cup warm water the yeast.
    When milk cools, add to yeast.
    Add 6 to 7 cups self-rising flour and knead.
    Let double.
    Work down and dip in butter; let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
