Quickie Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sliced peaches with juice
1 stick butter or margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, combine peaches, 1 cup of sugar, butter and cinnamon; bring to a boil over medium heat.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk.
Stir until smooth.
Pour dough mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Pour boiled mixture over dough; do not stir. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
