Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine rice, milk and sugar in a large pot and cook on top of stove until most liquid is absorbed.
    Beat eggs in a bowl and add vanilla.
    Pour rice mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour egg mixture over rice and mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
