Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. slivered almonds
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    2 cans beef bouillon
    6 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and almonds in margarine for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, then rice and bouillon; cook for 1 minute.
    Pour mixture in casserole dish.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour, or until all liquid is absorbed, at 300\u00b0.
