Slow Cooked Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Non-stick cooking spray
    2 1/2 c. sliced ripe peaches
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. nonfat evaporated milk
Preparation
    Spray inside of a slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place peaches in bottom of cooker and sprinkle with corn starch. Mix well. Drizzle with vanilla and sprinkle with brown sugar over the top; cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients. Spoon onto the hot pie filling. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
