Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. baking chocolate, melted
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar and vanilla; add eggs.
Beat well.
Add flour and salt.
Divide batter in half.
Add melted chocolate to 1/2.
Add nuts to rest.
Spread walnut batter in 8 x 8-inch pan (greased).
Spread chocolate batter over top.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool in pan.
Cut in squares.
