Cajun Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

2 c. catsup
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 lb. pork spareribs
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; set aside. Moisten ribs with water and sprinkle on all sides with tenderizer.
