Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
    4 to 6 pork chops, fat trimmed
Preparation
    Combine rice, water and cream of mushroom soup.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle a small amount of the dry soup mix over the rice mixture.
    Arrange pork chops over the rice mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over the top.
    Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
