Pretzel Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hard pretzels, crushed
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar plus 1 c. (1 c. set aside)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 c. whipped cream or frozen nondairy whipped topping
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix together the crushed pretzels, melted margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and whipped topping; spread this mixture over pretzels.
    Mix gelatin into boiling water; add frozen berries.
    Stir until dissolved; set aside to thicken.
    Spoon over cream cheese mixture; garnish with strawberries.
