Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth.
    Remove stems from caps.
    Chop up stems very fine.
    Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter for 1 minute.
    Add chopped stems and parsley, then salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs and toss lightly; set aside.
    Brown mushroom caps 1 minute in butter.
    Stuff caps.
    Place in baking dish.
    Dot with butter and broil for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
