Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 large pkg. strawberry, cherry (any red colored) Jell-O
Preparation

Mix together rhubarb and sugar; let sit overnight.
Bring to a boil until tender (5 minutes).
Remove from heat and add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Put in jars and seal with wax or lid.
