Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 1/3 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place 1/2 teaspoon oil in each cup or muffin tin.
Place in oven until hot.
Combine corn meal and sugar.
Combine milk and egg; add to dry ingredients; stir until smooth.
Pour batter into hot pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 large muffins or corn sticks.
