Ground Beef-Rice Casserole Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 slices loaf bread, moisten with water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. rice
    1 small bell pepper, sliced into large pieces
    2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped (16 oz. can)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Add to the meat pie crust.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Check every 30 minutes.
    Do not stir. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
