Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. Brer Rabbit molasses (red label)
Preparation
    Boil sugar, margarine and molasses for 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon soda.
    Pour over popped corn and mix well.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour in large shallow pans.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
