Yum-Yum Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup *
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. hard Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion.
    Add soups, rice, celery, water and soy sauce.
    Turn into a buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over noodles.
