Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. grated ginger
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 green onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Shake well or stir to blend all ingredients.
Pour over a flank steak in glass dish.
Marinate for 12 hours (approximately), turning meat.
Store in refrigerator.
Pour off marinade and save.
Grill steak approximately 10 minutes.
Slice thin.
Serve with green salad and scalloped potatoes.
