Goldie Thomas' Spiced Peach Congeal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. spiced peaches, chopped
1 large pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 1/2 c. peach syrup (for 1 1/2 c. water)
Preparation

Dissolve 1 package of gelatine in 1/2 cup cold water.
Follow jello package instructions to dissolve jello.
Add gelatine mixture and dissolved jello to peach syrup.
Cool until it begins to thicken.
Stir in peaches, celery and nuts.
Refrigerate until firm.
