German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cooked potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    6 small stalks celery, diced
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
    Add to potatoes, onion, celery and seasonings.
    Add vinegar to hot bacon drippings; simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour to thicken.
    Pour over potato mixture. Cover; let stand in a warm place for 3 hours.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 15 servings.
