Ingredients

1 (9-inch) chocolate wafer crust
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
1/2 c. coconut, shredded
1 pt. chocolate ice cream
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Place chocolate ice cream in bottom of crust.
Chill until firm.
Spread strawberry ice cream over chocolate layer; chill until firm.
Top with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle top with toasted coconut.
Chill until firm.
