Homemade Tabbouleh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fine grained wheat
3 c. boiling water
1 bunch finely chopped scallions
2 c. chopped parsley
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped radishes
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sharp mustard
romaine lettuce leaves
vegi salt to taste
Preparation

Place the wheat in a large bowl or pan and pour in the boiling water.
Let soak for about 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain the wheat and combine with the other ingredients, except the lettuce leaves.
Chill.
Heap salad on a plate and arrange the romaine leaves around the sides, so they can be used as scoops.
