Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 scant c. cooking oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 bananas, mashed
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil and mix in eggs, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together, along with mashed bananas and nuts.
Mix well by hand and put into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Yield:
2 loaves.
