Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon (12 slices), fried and crumbled
3 or 4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
3 slices (7 x 4-inch) Swiss cheese
1 to 2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

In small bowl, combine bacon, eggs, milk and onion.
Set aside.
Separate dough into 4 rectangles and place in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form a crust.
Place cheese slices over dough.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
To reheat, wrap loosely in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
