Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large Russet potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green onions
    8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes (45 minutes); drain water and mash potatoes with fork or potato masher in a 13 x 9 x 5-inch casserole dish.
    Place dabs of butter over potatoes.
    Add in sour cream. Add onions.
    Add cheese.
    Mix all ingredients well and place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Top of potatoes should bubble and brown when done.
