Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
    3 cans tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    16 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion.
    Add garlic, oregano, soup, water and vinegar.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spread some sauce in shallow roasting pan (10 1/2 x 15-inch).
    Arrange 4 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
