Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14.5 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (14.5 oz.) can kidney beans, with liquid
    1 (14.5 oz.) can pinto beans, with liquid
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced green chiles
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat; drain off fat. Using a fork, crumble cooked beef into pea-size pieces. In large pot, combine beef plus remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer over low heat and cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours.
