Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 or 3)
Preparation

Grease and flour a 5x9x3-inch loaf pan or 2 (4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) pans.
Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into pan(s). Bake 55 to 65 minutes at 350 degrees, or until tests done.
