Raisin And Honey Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. self-rising flour
    1 oz. raisins
    1 Tbsp. honey
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut butter into flour and salt until it resembles bread crumbs.
    Add raisins, honey and milk.
    Mix into a soft dough and turn out onto floured board and shape flat and round.
    Cut into four sections and place on greased baking sheet. Brush top with a little milk.
    Bake near the top of a hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Can be eaten as is or with butter and jam.
