Citrus Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz. size) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    2 medium apples, peeled and coarsely chopped *
    2 c. sliced bananas *
    1 c. flaked coconut
    4 kiwi fruits, cubed or sliced
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    *Dip apples and bananas in lemon juice or mix 1 tablespoon Fruit-Fresh with 1 quart of water to keep fruit from turning brown.
    Bananas and kiwi fruits should be ripe but firm.
