Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. potato flakes
    1/2 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish. In medium-size bowl, beat egg with small amount of water. In another bowl, combine potato flakes and salad dressing mix. Remove skin from chicken breasts (salt if desired). Dip chicken in egg and roll in potato flake mixture. Place chicken in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
