Juice Knox Blox - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    16 oz. can juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan.
    Stir on low heat until completely dissolved.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in juice.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan and chill.
    Cut in squares or use cookie cutter and make shapes.
    Can be held in fingers to eat.
