Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil or a little more
3 medium potatoes, cubed and peeled
1 medium yellow squash, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a nonstick frypan, add oil and all other ingredients.
Cook on low heat until all ingredients are tender.
Good with broiled hamburgers.
