Tuna Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. tuna
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs or 4 yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
-
Melt butter; add flour.
When blended, add milk.
Cook until creamy sauce forms; stir constantly.
Add rest of ingredients and pour into a buttered baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes in moderate oven.
Unmold and surround with cream eggs.
