Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (about 28)
    1 tsp. crushed dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. meaty chicken pieces (breast, thigh, drumstick)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine egg and milk.
    In a shallow dish, combine crackers, thyme, paprika and pepper; set aside.
    Skin chicken.
    Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in cracker mixture.
