Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. margarine
3/4 c. medium onion, finely chopped
2 large cloves chopped garlic
1 1/3 lb. broccoli, flowers and stems trimmed
2 2/3 c. skim milk
1 can evaporated skim milk
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tsp. ground coriander
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 2-quart pan.
Add garlic and onion; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add broccoli and both milks. Cook to heat, about 25 minutes.
Blend to puree in batches until all mixture is done.
Add spices; heat and serve.
