Shrimp Filled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large fresh mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms, reserving 1/2.
    Chop reserved stems and saute with onion in butter.
    Add shrimp, Blue cheese and basil, mixing well.
    Stuff mushroom caps with shrimp mixture and broil 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
    Serves 8.
