Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch collard greens
2 c. chipped salted ham
2 cured ham hocks
1/2 tsp. salt
3 hot green peppers
Preparation

Pick greens, removing foreign objects, stems and yellow leaves.
Chop greens into small pieces and place in pot with salted chipped ham and ham hocks that have been cooking for about 1 hour.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let greens cook until tender (about two hours).
Yields 6 servings.
