Pickle Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar baby dill pickles
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 loaf brown bread
Preparation
    Drain pickles.
    Cut crust from bread.
    Mix onion, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice.
    Spread mix on bread.
    Roll pickles into bread, jelly-roll style.
    Chill a couple of hours, then slice. Brown bread must be used!
