Green Beans Moutande - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 beaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. cooked green beans
Preparation
    Mix the mustard, flour and salt in a double boiler.
    Add egg yolks; beat well.
    Slowly add hot milk until thick.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour over beans.
