Nutty Cocoa Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, soda and cocoa.
    Stir well and set aside.
    Combine butter and water in small saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until butter melts.
    Pour over dry ingredients.
    Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
    Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until blended
