Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks oleo
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream first four ingredients and pat into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    As soon as removed from oven, pour mixture of the other 3 ingredients on top.
    Bake another 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
    Set in refrigerator.
    Cut into desired size after well set.
    Can be frozen.
