Spinach Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook the spinach according to directions on package with the onion; drain well.
    Add melted margarine and stir.
    Add sour cream and stir.
    Add vinegar and salt; stir.
    Serve hot.
