Salad Greens A'La Polonaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 hard-cooked egg yolks
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
salt to taste
2 qt. tender young salad greens, such as Boston or bibb
Preparation

Mash the egg yolks and combine with mustard, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Vary proportion of lemon juice according to personal preference.
At the end, add sour cream.
Mix very well. Coat salad greens with the mixture and serve at once.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
