Caramel Pecan Pie Via Janis Boyett - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 caramels
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt the caramels with the water and butter.
    In a bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, vanilla, pecans and salt.
    Pour the caramel mixture into the bowl and mix.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until set in middle.
