Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tsp. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 bananas
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add eggs to mixture.
Mix sour cream and baking soda together and allow to foam.
Combine flour and salt.
Alternately add sour cream mixture and flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Mash bananas smooth and add to mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a loaf pan.
Allow to cool in the pan 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
